When can I move in?
If there is a storage unit available that meets your needs you can move in anytime.
What do I need to rent a storage unit?
We require a valid Government Photo ID (Driver's license, state ID or passport)
Do I need to sign a long term lease?
Our leases are month to month with a one month minimum. We require a 10 day advance notice to terminate.
How do I make a payment?
Payments can be accepted in person during normal business hours or via phone with a valid credit card (Master Card or Visa). Payments can be mailed to our PO Box or can be set up on an automatic payment with a credit card or electronic check.
What form of payments do you accept?
Cash, checks, Money Orders, Visa, Master Card or electronic check.
How do I know what size storage unit I need?
You may call our on-site manager for assistance or use the Storage Calculator on our website. We have spaces from 4x10 up to 10x29.
Do I need my own Lock?
Yes you provide your own lock or we have them at the office for you.
Is there anything I cannot store?
Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Perishable Food items, Toxic materials, controlled substances.
Do you have security cameras?
We have a 24 hour security camera network that allows us to view our facility and daily events.
What types of security do you have?
Security is a priority for us. In addition to our 24 hour video surveillance we have access controlled gates, high security locks, fenced perimeters, well lit grounds and on site management.
Do I need an access code to drive through the gate?
Each customer is given a unique access code to enter and exit through the gate. Gate codes are valid from 6:00AM to 10:00PM. If you need additional hours please contact the on-site manager.
Can I store my RV, boat, car or motorcycle?
Automobiles, boats and motorcycles can be stored when renting the necessary sized unit. RV's typically are too high and often times too long to fit into a self-storage unit.
Do you have Business storage space?
We have many units that work for businesses looking to store seasonal equipment, displays, marketing materials, files, supplies and extra inventory.
